Clubhouse Remodel: April 28th update. New A/V wiring, fireplaces gone and more!
Here’s the latest look at the exciting clubhouse remodel at Outdoor Resort Indio! In this update, the cleanup from the removal of the three fireplaces is complete, and crews are hard at work filling in the remaining wall openings. Wiring has been run throughout much of the clubhouse to support the new audio-video systems, and concrete has been cut in the ballroom and owners lounge to accommodate the upgrades. Materials are now arriving for the rebuild of the bathrooms near the ballroom—another big step forward. Momentum is building as we head toward a stunning grand reopening in November.
