CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS: The Clubhouse Remodel at Outdoor Resort Indio

Exciting changes are coming to Outdoor Resort Indio as the clubhouse undergoes a stunning remodel! This comprehensive renovation will refresh nearly every space, from the main clubhouse and game room to the facilities, owners’ lounge, and café, creating a more inviting, functional, and modern environment—all set to debut in time for next season’s grand reopening in early November.

Volunteer Kickoff – April 9

The first phase begins on April 8, when storage containers will be delivered to the parking lot. Then, on April 9, we need all hands on deck! Volunteers are invited to meet at the clubhouse starting at 8 a.m. for a full day of organizing and storing valuable items. With a strong turnout, we aim to complete this task in just one or two days. There’s something for everyone, so come lend a hand and be part of this exciting transformation!

A Community Effort

A dedicated group of volunteers is staying through the summer to oversee the renovation, working in the heat to reduce costs and bring this vision to life. Many have already spent hours planning and preparing to make the transition as smooth as possible. Some items, like the clubhouse chairs, will be refreshed with new paint and upholstery, with volunteers helping disassemble them to make resurfacing more efficient and cost-effective.
